Women face unique challenges where self-defense is concerned. Statistically they are likely to be faced with larger and stronger opponents, and as such, specialized self defense training focused on overcoming those disadvantages is crucial. Our Baltimore Women’s Self Defense Course addresses this need.

Whether a firearm is within reach or not, this course is designed to ensure women have the skills they need to defend themselves in a wide range of situations. The course covers weapon retention, shot placement, weapon manipulation under pressure, close quarters armed and unarmed engagement, basic hand to hand techniques, counters when pinned and basic knife defense. With these skills you can be confident of your safety and protect your loved ones when required.

The course involves active participation to give you the practical skills you need, so all participants should dress accordingly, including a belt capable of supporting a holster, and be prepared to work up a sweat! In conjunction with technique instruction and practical training drills, you will also work through active threat scenario-based training to give you confidence in using your new skills in pressure situations. This Baltimore Women’s Self Defense Course is held in Linthicum Heights Maryland.
